Usage and Distribution• All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including but not limited to any electronic files used to create a commission, remain under the ownership of myself under any and all names, aliases, and screen names in perpetuity.• Commercial use for my work must be approved by me. Usage of my work for the purposes of commercial distribution entailing, but not limited to: prints, keychains, pins, etc. will not be tolerated.• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other future commissions and or personal works.• You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.• By commissioning me, you're purchasing my labor, knowledge, and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.…General Guidelines• Text descriptions are welcome but please also provide visual aids and references. The more information the better.• You will receive a digital file for the art work that is suitable for printing. Phsycial prints will not be provided.• I have the right to refuse service• Time is not a constraint, I will not be rushed into a finished product.• Please demonstrate trust and respect for my process. Any and all behavior characterized as entitled, intolerant, or disrespectful will not be accepted.• A Work in Progress (WIP) sketch will be provided before the final drawing• Requests to change various colors and or color schemes during and after the coloring process are welcomed, but any requests to change the form during this stage will not be made or accepted.• I will not accept any changes after the product has been completed.…Payment Information• Accepted method of payment is USD through PayPal.• Full refunds can be given in the event that the commission has not started, but any and all refunds cannot be issued once the commission has begun.• Refunds will not be issued once the commission has been completed.• Partial refunds will be issued in the event of a termination made by the artist or cancellation request made by the client, regarding an incomplete commission.• Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of completion at the time of termination or cancellation.• Time and resources invested in the project, including concept development and work completed, will be considered.• Clients must submit a written request for termination or cancellation, specifying reasons for the request and any relevant details.• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method for the project._{By engaging in projects with myself, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.}
